Freelance status: Our service benefits all contractors including those caught by IR35. You can continue to maintain your freelance status without the burden of running your own limited company. So no more administration, risks, liabilities or associated accountancy costs. We assume these responsibilities and in doing so we will save you time and money! Maximise your retained income: We, as our name suggests, will maximise your retained income. Using our unique R.I.M.S. payroll model means you keep more of your invoiced value as take home pay. Our service ensures you enjoy the maximum benefits including tax savings on: mileage allowance subsistence travel accommodation sick pay holiday pay professional allowances even our fee is tax deductible ........and others R.I.M.S. payroll is only available from Maxim Finance. Prompt salary payment cycle: We pay you promptly! On receipt of funds from your agency or client we'll pay you the same day or next working day. By exception we can arrange an advance payment on receipt of time sheets. On the rare occasions where you may need cash urgently, we can provide cleared funds in your bank account the same day! Low fee: We provide excellent value for money. Our fee is fixed at 4.0% + VAT. There are no other charges or hidden extra fees for our services. So NO surprises, guaranteed. Your protection and assurance: Increasingly agencies & clients require contractors to have professional indemnity cover. This cover makes you more attractive to both agency and clients alike and will count in your favor during the selection process. Maxim Finance strongly recommends this cover to our contractors. We suggest you also consider additional cover, such as as life assurance, income protection, pensions, private health care (inc family cover if required) etc. As a Maxim Finance contractor you can benefit from the discounts we offer, either from our approved suppliers and/or Independent Financial Advisors. If you already have cover, or wish to use a provider of your own choice, we are happy to work with them and in most cases we can still save you money! Discounts only apply to Maxim Finance contractors. Contract support: To assist you in securing or supporting your role we can provide the following services: access to targeted job vacancies promoting our employees to our partner agencies CV builder assisted development Training and development: Simply select your course and we can provide it at a reduced cost to you.
