As finance director and owner Vic has overall responsibility for the wellbeing of the company, it's staff and its customers (Contractors and Agencies), and is also treasurer of Newbury Rugby Club

Payroll Manager - Lisa Pope
Lisa joined Maxim in 2008 from Hays Recruitment she started as an administration assistant and is now completing her AAT exams in accountancy.

 

 

Administration Assistant - Nikki Wright

Nikki Joined Maxim in 2008 as well and has passed her AAT exams in Accountancy.

Nikki leaves us in July to pursue other ventures, we shall be recruiting a replacement for her in the near future..
